The Action Group is one of India’s leading business conglomerates with a Group Turnover of aprox. Rs. 700 Crores for the year 2004-05 and net worth of aprox. Rs. 200 Crores as on 31st march 2005. The Action Group is promoted by Shari Mange Ram Aggarwal and his sons viz. Shri Nand Kishore Aggarwal, Shri Subhash Chander Aggarwal, Shri Raj Kumar Aggarwal, Shri Naresh Aggarwal, Shri Anil Kumar Aggarwal, Shri Hari Kishan Aggarwal, Shri Ajay Aggarwal and Shri Tarun Aggarwal. Action group is actively involved in seven principal businesses viz. Footwear and its components manufacturing, Chemicals & Plasticizers, Moulded Furniture, Computer peripherals and software, Invertors & batteries and Real Estate Projects. The group has further diversified itself by exploring to establish a steel plant in Orissa.

ODEON is a premier construction Company of Delhi having successful project completion experience of more than 10 years experience and has constructed over 40 Lac Sq. Ft. areas from its various Group Housing & Commercial Projects.

Odeon has constructed multistoried apartments at Dilshad Colony, Dwarka and Vasundra Enclave, Delhi. It is also constructing commercial malls at Shahdara and Wazirpur, New Delhi and Lucknow.

DETAILS OF REAL ESTATE PROJECTS

A. Township at Gurgaon

The Company has implemented a Mini Residential Township in 130 acres at Sector 54 (adjacent to 7DLF-Phase 4 & 5) in Gurgaon.

B. Essel Towers, Gurgaon

Is a high rise ultra luxury residential apartment complex located on the posh MG Road of Gurgoan. The total development is 3 Million Sq Ft. most of which is complete. 9 lakh square feet of this has been developed for Airlines pilots society.

C. Time Tower Office Complex

Located at MG Road, Gurgoan, with a total built up area of 350,000 Sq. Ft. This is will be a Luxury Office Complex located in one of the most posh locations of NCR. This project has received tremendous response from investors and prospective tenants. The time to completion is about two years.

D. Suncity World School, Gurgaon

Is a venture in educational field. Located at Sector –54, Suncity Colony, Gurgaon, the school is spread over 5.49 acres area of land. Major highlights of the school are as under:

Construction of the school has completed and the admission are being taken for 2006 session.

E. Shopping cum Multiplex – CrossRiver mall

M/s Suncity Projects Private Limited through its subsidiary company M/s STC Developers Pvt. Ltd. has developed a Commercial Complex / Multiplex at Plot No. 9B & 9C having total built up space of floor area of 400,000 Sq Ft. It is located at Central Business District (C.B.D.), Shahdara. This is a fully air-conditioned shopping mall with ultra modern facilities and a multiplex. The project is completed and possession has been handed over to tenants and owners of the stores.

80% of the area has been leased out to big brands.

F. Shopping cum Multiplex – North Square

A Commercial Complex/ Multiplex at Plot No. F – 1, 2 & 3 located at District Center Wazirpur (Netaji Subhash Place). This is a fully air-conditioned shopping mall with ultra modern facilities and a multiplex. The mall has a built up area of 50,000 Sq Ft.

50% of the area has been leased out to well known brands.

G. Shopping Complex – Vasant Square

H. Two Commercial Malls at Jaipur

The company is developing two fully air-conditioned shopping malls with ultra modern facilities in Jaipur, Rajastan. The brief detail of the project is as under: -

I. Leisure cum Amusement Park

M/s. Suncity Projects (P) Ltd. through its subsidiary company M/s Leisure City India Private Ltd. has been allotted 232 acres of land by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority for developing a leisure-cum-amusement project.

The company will built the biggest amusement park of India in line with Disney Land.

The total commercial area shall be app. 20,00,000 sq. ft. The project will include a 1.5 million Sq. Ft. ultra modern shopping mall and a five star hotel.

J. Hi-Tech Townships at Ghaziabad

M/s. Suncity Projects Pvt. Ltd. jointly with other group companies, has been selected by the UP Govt to develop a Hi-Tech Township on approx 2500 Acres of land in Ghaziabad. The Ghaziabad Township will be located on NH-24, national capital region, which is merely 30 kms away from Connaught Place, New Delhi.

K. Hi-Tech Townships at Mathura

M/s. Suncity Projects Pvt. Ltd. jointly with other group companies has been selected by the UP Govt to develop a Hi-Tech Township on approx 2500 Acres of land in Mathura.

The Mathura Township will be situated on NH-2, the road to Vrindavan The land of Brij starts from Kotban near Hodel about 95 km from Delhi and ends at Runakta which is known specially for its association with the great poet Surdas, an ardent Krishna devotee.

L. Heritage Township at Jaipur

The Company is developing a ‘SUN HERITAGE CITY’ at Jaipur, Rajasthan. The township is located on the Sikar road, which is 15 minutes from the heart of the city. The township is e spread over 500 acres of land.

M. Two Townships at Rohtak

The Company is developing two residential townships at Rohtak, Haryana. One of them is situated on the Sonipat Highway and it will be in 500 acres of land.

The second township ‘SUN BLOOM CITY’ will be located on the Delhi highway and will be in 300 acres of land. It will be a eco-friendly township and will have all type of modern facilities.

N. Township at Rewari

This is a modern township located at Sector 6 & 7 in Rewari. The land for the project has been acquired and the license is being obtained. The company will provide modern amenities and top class infrastructure to this location.
