1. I have written following letters to MAPSKO BUILDER S PVT LTD with respect to refund of my money for non-compliance of six month period clause in alloting flat in its upcoming project CASA BELLA in sec 82 in GURGAON.
(a) Letter No IJS/Pers/521 dated 08 Nov 2008.
(b) Letter No IJS/Pers/521/1112 dated 06 Dec 2008.
(c) Letter No IJS/Pers/521 dated 13 Jan 2009.
(d) Letter No IJS/Pers/521/334 dated 13 Mar 2009.
(e) Letter No IJS/Pers/521/959 dated 20 Jul 2009.
2. In terms of para 5 of the terms and conditions for Registration, in case of non allotment of flat within six months, the entire amount would be refunded alongwith 10% interest. Accordingly, I have paid Rs 9,01,600/- till date and the company had failed to allot the flat within the specified period of six months.
3. Despite repeated ibid reminders, the company has failed to respond leading to breach of trust and contractual terms and conditions.
4. An expeditious action to direct the company to refund Rs9,01,600/- alongwith interest component 10%is requested.

I received a letter from Ramprastha informing me of cancellation of my allotment of Flat in Pearl Court Ramprastha Greens, due to non -payment of dues. I have a construction linked loan approved from HDFC Bank to the extent of INR 38,21,000 (90% of property value). Out of this, INR 28,31,000 has already been disbursed by the bank and I have already paid INR 4,47,300 upfront .Post May 2009, I have not received any communication of additional demand. If I would have received a communication, I would have requested the Bank to disburse the amount demanded. Despite of several written complaints, Company officials have not responded to my complaint. I have tried several times to contact them but they are not ready to talk. Infact they have directed the bank to invoke tripartrite agreement. Rushi Ahuja 2011-04-07
Gruha Deepika Builders big cheaters ever seen life time, do not buy from these people, they trap you nicely, and take the CASH and promising everything. don't go with these people words at all. M/s.Gruha Deepika Builders is partnership firm having its Managing Partners Sri. K.V.Nageshwara Rao and Sri. R.Anil Kumar. these two people now they started with different Names to cheat people in big time. K.V.Nageshwara Rao is for a second time partner in SVS Ananda Nialyam etc… Don't buy if you come across above names
I am a victim of the Eswari Builders and Developers, whose office is located in the Hotel city Centaur, Majestic, Bangalore.The owner of this builders have cheated many like me with his project named “Eshwari Enclave” being constructed at Kanaka Nagar, RT Nagr, Banglaore. He has not completed the project near to 3 and 1/2 years. I do not have words to describe his worst, cunning, cruel, and bad personality. He never get in touch with the people who have brought flat from him, as his intention is not to complete the project but, to mint common mans hard earned money.
People who are victims like me have started to unite and joining hte group and we are in touch with each other to pressurize the builder. Till date today he is escaping from people who have brought the flats and is not to be seen at the apartment under construction. He always make false promises to complete the project
There are around 20 people like me who had to force him a lot, and finally we had to come inside the building to reside with temporary contruction power and sewage connection. This has been since July 2010. Till now the owner did not care to provide us the metered electricity/water and a legal sewage connection. We are living like in a Transist Camp. There are more people outside waiting to occupy the apartment, but due to the pathetic ocnditions of living some are choosing to stay outside.

Kairali Builders – Pearl Homes We purchased the house few months back and it has been delivered with lots of defects. The house was delivered with no issues but soon cracks started developing and we came to realize that we were cheated by the builder – and partners by temporary closing the cracks with chalk powder and putty.
Day by day, the cracks are developing and they as the builders are ignoring it completely. They are not willing for a replacement and is not even doing temporary maintenance now.
Chief problems are:1.Serious multiple horizontal cracks(Wide and split open – -Wall Thick)/2. Serious threat to structural integrity due to deformation of the structure.3.Floor tiles are shearing and has become uneven.4.Arch and associated wooden works are broken due to expansion or shrinkage.
5.Window frames detached from the wall(Through visible gaps.)Since, the structural integrity of the building is doubtful, our family is in tremendous mental agony as our safety is in danger. Since, the problem lies with the foundation structural engineers are also not able to provide a complete remedy for this problem.
I have spent my hard-earned 48 lakhs on this house and what the builder has provided me is a structure with a weak foundation which can collapse at any time and is a threat to our lives. The ignorant, arrogant and “Don’t Care” attitude of the builders are not helping at all. Please help us find a solution to this serious problem. Saji Joseph VadavathoorP.O.,Kottayam, Kerala
R.B. Builder HAJI ALI NAGAR I have purchased a appartment near sundar matriculation school @ poonamallee from R.B Builders. Initially builder agreed for common EB meter & main gate fixing work in front of parking area. I followed that pending activity regularly upto 13 Months. Finally the builder told not possible to fix the main gate & common EB Meter due to stupid reasons. Major crack was formed in that building within 1 Year. I discussed on that, the builder gives very poor response. Builder has not followed the general common sense also. Finally i disappointed due to building purchase from this type of worst builder.
